• BUYING A GIFT CARD

  • MR PORTER gift cards are available in Dollars ($) and you can choose from the following options:

    BOXED GIFT CARD

    • Include the recipient's name, address and a personal message (optional)
    • Once payment has been taken, the gift card will take 1-3 working days to be delivered to you or the receiver and will arrive in MR PORTER signature packaging
    
    

    VIRTUAL GIFT CARD

    • Select a gift card amount
    • Add the recipient's name, email address and a personal message (optional)
    • The virtual gift card will be sent to the receiver as soon as we have accepted your order and taken payment. You will in turn receive a dispatch confirmation email

• HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CARD

  • If you have not already created a MR PORTER.COM account, please register your details. Then sign in and select My Gift Cards to enter your gift card code. Your gift card amount will be automatically deducted as payment on your next order. Alternatively, you can redeem it on the payment page when making your purchase.
    Please note:

    • If your gift card exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will automatically be credited to your MR PORTER account
    • If your order exceeds the value of the gift card, and you have existing store credit on your account, this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance
    • All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift card or store credit must be paid by credit or debit card
    • Once you have added a gift card to your account, only you can spend it.
    • To check your balance and full details of each credit and debit that you have made, sign in to your MR PORTER account and select My Gift Cards
    
    
• DELIVERY

  • BOXED GIFT CARD

    
    
    • Choose whether to have the gift card delivered to the recipient or to your own address
    • Boxed gift cards take 1-5 working days to be delivered, depending on your location and are sent in MR PORTER signature packaging
    • As with all orders, deliveries must be signed for (unless you have chosen to waive the signature for UPS domestic shipments)
    • Standard shipping charges apply and your gift card is insured until it arrives
    • When ordering multiple gift cards to different addresses, please place your orders individually and pay the additional shipping charge
    
    

    VIRTUAL GIFT CARD

    
    
    • A virtual gift card will be emailed to the recipient
    • We will also email you a delivery confirmation for your reference
    • The virtual gift card will be sent to the receiver as soon as we have processed your order and taken payment
• RETURNS
  • • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash
    • All returned items that were paid for with a gift card will be refunded as a store credit to your MR PORTER account for you to use against a future order
    • If your purchase is unsuitable, simply arrange your return or exchange through your MR PORTER account.
    • For item(s) paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as MR PORTER store credit

  • To ensure your gift card purchases are safe and secure, we use an additional measure known as a Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart, or CAPTCHA - this lets us know that you are a person placing an order.

    When entering the words into the box, use a space between each word if there is more than one word, and then click submit. To hear the words spoken, click on the speaker symbol.
