Since 1935, Sperry Top-Sider has specialised in high-quality men's deck shoes, which speak of preppy East Coast style. Indeed, the brand’s founder Mr Paul Sperry is credited with inventing the deck shoe, after he cut grooves into the soles of rubber-soled leisure shoes to make them slip-resistant.
