Though the look is classic and relaxed, a lot of work goes into creating each pair of these Quoddy boat shoes. Crafted from world-renowned black Horween leather that moulds to the shape of your foot, each stitch on this pair is by hand in the company's workshops in Maine, USA. Finished with crepe rubber soles for comfort and durability, they are ideal for teaming with cuffed indigo denim. Shown here with a Gant Rugger shirt and blazer and Marc by Marc Jacobs jeans.

Boat Shoes

Designed in 1935, the boat shoe remains a preppy East Coast style staple today. This shoe was invented by Mr Paul Sperry of Sperry Top-Sider, who based the slip-proof rubber sole on his dog’s paws.
