Print shirts give us a rare opportunity to add a little light-heartedness into dressing (although we're not talking about the headache-inducing, Hawaiian-print kind). Keep things stylish with our selection of sophisticated takes on this casual classic, which was particularly prominent in the 1960s when patterned shirts were adopted by legions of mods looking to break away from the simple and staid palates that had dominated the Fifties. Whether you're riding a moped with a Ms Edie Sedgwick lookalike on the back, or just relaxing with a couple of drinks at the weekend, it's hard to beat a print shirt for that distinctly carefree vibe. Just remember to keep the sleeves rolled-up...it's a look we strongly recommend this summer.
