1954 501 Red Selvedge Rinsed Denim Jeans
Unfortunately, this item will not be back in stock.
From 1873 to 1927, Levi's Vintage Clothing used plain white selvedge, but from 1937 until 1983 the cloth supplier Cone Mills ran a red stitch through it to ensure no other brand was given the superior XX fabric. Today this finish is iconic. Revisiting a mid-century design from the archive, these straight-leg jeans remain an off duty classic. The rinsed denim has a slightly broken-in quality ready to wear in to your individual patina - team them with your favourite sneakers and a crew neck tee. Shown here with an A.P.C. T-shirt, Levi's Vintage Clothing sweatshirt, Timex x J.Crew watch, Saucony sneakers and a Master-Piece bag.
