Mr Ng emanates from an old-established family based in Penang, Malaysia. He is currently Executive Chairman of China Cablecom (NASDAQ: CABL) a cable operator in China (Hubei and Shandong province) with 1.8 mm cable households in 28 cities. He was also founder and Chairman of China Broadband. Mr. Ng has many years of experience with internet start-ups and e-commerce companies in Asia.
