Biography

Mr Conigliaro is acknowledged as one of the UK’s pioneering drinks creators and is one of the most respected bartenders in the field. Having studied fine art and art history, and also having worked in a fashion house prior to drinks, he cites a broad spectrum of influences in his work. Mr Conigliaro has helped open and run bars for almost 14 years and has won awards for his creations.
