Receive store credit to spend on MR PORTER ("Store Credit"), subject to these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”):

• This promotion is run by YOOX Net-a-Porter Group S.p.A and/or its affiliates trading as “MR PORTER”.
• To be eligible for the Store Credit, you must be part of the MR PORTER EIP Program and the recipient of the birthday store credit email from MR PORTER (the "Email"). Eligible customers may only redeem the Store Credit once.
• The Store Credit is available to redeem by the eligible recipient for a period of two (2) weeks from the date on which you received the Email (the "Promotion Period").
• To redeem your Store Credit, contact your dedicated Personal Shopper within the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the Store Credit is not available to redeem if you contact your Personal Shopper outside of the Promotion Period.
• Subject to you following the steps above, the Personal Shopper will aim to apply the Store Credit to your MR PORTER account within five (5) days. After it is applied, the Store Credit will be available for you to spend on all items offered for sale on MR PORTER.

• This offer and the Store Credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. All purchases made on MR PORTER must be for personal and not commercial use.
• MR PORTER reserves the right at our discretion to revoke, suspend, cancel and/or amend the Store Credit, the offer and these T&Cs at any time and without notice.
• The Store Credit amount you receive will be determined by MR PORTER in its sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding this promotion or the Store Credit, the decision of MR PORTER is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
