Inis Meáin's pieces are handmade on an island with the same name located off the Irish coast, where long-standing local techniques are still practised - co-founder Ms Áine Ní Chonghaile grew up there and fondly recalls that everything she wore as a child was sewn by hand to fit her. This zip-up cardigan is cable-knitted from merino wool using the same methods and has a rich burgundy hue that works particularly well with dark-blue denim.
