Editor's Notes

Cav Empt is never one to shy away from using its designs to make some social commentary. The name itself is derived from the Latin phrase caveat emptor, meaning "buyer beware" – a sentiment that's clearly expressed through the graphics on this lightweight cotton shirt. It's cut for an easy, boxy fit and features a credit card-inspired print with ironic phrases like 'culture is a finite' and 'infinity of the world process'. Shown here with McQ Alexander McQueen sweatpants, Cav Empt T-shirt, Vans sneakers.
