Montblanc's '1858' series pays tribute to the expert watchmaker Minerva, and is named for the manufacturer's founding year. This bronze and leather reference has a retro 'Smoked Champagne' dial, 18-karat red gold-coated Super-LumiNova® hands and numerals for optimised readability, and bi-pushers for activation of the chronograph functions. The domed sapphire glass is resistant to scratches and glare, while the reliable Swiss-Made MB 25.11 automatic movement is equipped with a two-day power reserve – handy if you leave it off over the weekend.
