Bellerby & Co Globemakers are one of the last-standing companies that crafts them by hand - it all started when the founder Mr Peter Bellerby, unable to find the perfect globe for a present, decided to make his own. The smallest of the label's collection is this 'Albion' style, which sits on a wooden stand that has a roller-bearing system allowing it to turn 360 degrees. It's finished with plenty of special touches, including hand-drawn cartography, carefully shaded coastlines and a gold-stamped plaque denoting exclusivity.
