Mr Hiroki Nakamura's approach to fabric and texture is almost obsessive - he's particularly interested in mixing different fibres to achieve the tactile surfaces found in hand-woven or traditional textiles, something he discusses in detail on visvim's blog. Made from a cotton and linen-blend twill, these 'Trade Wind' trousers have a satisfying handle and feature topstitched pockets.
