Oris' 'Big Crown Pointer Date' watch has become something of a signature for the brand – it's one of the few 'revivals' on the market bearing such an esoteric day indication and close fidelity to the Swiss brand’s pre-war aviation heritage. This 40mm bi-colour reference has a stainless steel case fitted with a ’coin-edge’ bezel in contrasting bronze that frames the sapphire glass-domed deep-blue dial, and an exhibition case back that allows you to watch the automatic red rotor in motion. Super-LumiNova numerals and hands make it easy to read in any light, and it has a water resistance of 5 bar.
