Lito's necklace is strung with a gold triangular talisman and enamelled with an all-seeing evil eye – you'll notice its gaze will follow yours as you move. It's traced with spiky white 'lashes' and rows of brilliant-cut diamonds emanating from the pupil. A slender ball chain ensures the pendant remains in place.
