Pilot's Antoine de Saint Exupéry Edition Chronograph 43mm Stainless Steel and Leather Watch
IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN pays tribute to pilot and poet Mr Antoine de Saint-Exupéry with this 43mm watch. Powered by a precise calibre 79320 automatic chronograph movement, it has a stainless steel case equipped with a soft-iron inner to protect against external magnetic field interference and maintain precision. An easily legible, organised dial is an integral feature for any aeronaut, which is why the tobacco-brown face is punctuated with luminescent white hands, numerals and indices and features neatly arranged sub-dials for recording single and aggregate time intervals of up to 12 hours. The cream-coloured stitching that accents the calfskin strap is inspired by the flight suit worn by Saint-Exupéry during his reconnaissance missions.
