Editor's Notes
Shot by Martha Holmes in 1948, this crisp black and white photo captures the first 'Fly in, Drive in' movie theatre in Newark, NJ. It housed 500 cars and 25 airplanes - they landed in the airfield next door. Sonic Editions' certified prints are all framed in high-quality wood and covered in gallery-grade perspex to protect the image.
