The story of IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN's 'Ingenieur' family begins in the '50s, when the brand's Technical Director, Mr Albert Pellaton, successfully developed the first automatic movement with bidirectional winding. Equipped with a soft iron inner case to protect against magnetic fields, this stainless steel model has in-house built 35111 calibre movement and a clean black dial set with luminescent indices.
