Editor's Notes

This limited-edition version of Montblanc's '1858' watch is engineered with the label's impressive rattrapante movement - a hand-assembled, split-second chronograph that debuted at SIHH in 2019. Built with a grade 5 titanium case and classic midnight-blue alligator strap, it has a pair of sub-dials and both telemeter and 'snail' tachymeter scales, with the latter clocking up to three minutes. The 'Icy Blue' dial is made using a traditional grand feu enamelling technique, which involves applying enamel power to a sheet of solid gold and firing it multiple times to create a rich, saturated colour.

We offer a two-year warranty for all working parts and manufacturing faults for luxury watches. For more information, contact one of our experts by emailing
