The ‘Do’ store carries some great Japanese products, the ‘Dogman’ seems to be an incredibly popular dog grooming salon and the rooms, food and service are exceptional.
One of the most stylish hotels in Tokyo and also one of its most relaxed. Unusually for Tokyo, it has a Westernised boutique feel – you need bow here only if you want to. No two rooms are alike. Some have tatami-covered floors, others are more aligned to Western sensibilities, and many have vast terraces perfect for people watching. There’s a canine beauty salon, Dogman, downstairs, as well as an arty rooftop event space, and you can rent bikes from the lobby.
