How To Embrace The Sportswear Trend

Three ways to introduce athleisure into your everyday wardrobe.

Even if your interest in fashion and its accompanying  is cursory, you will probably have noticed that the influence of  shows no signs of abating. In fact, it has never been more present. Time was when  were for training or a lazy weekend indoors, and  were designed to show your allegiance to your favourite team. THE SWEATPANTS

You could wear these with the matching  and slip on both items of clothing after a workout when going to pick up a restorative . But this is not 2014. This is 2018, and Nike sweatpants are not just for casual post-gym wear. They are for, well, pretty much any occasion. Within reason, of course. If you want to introduce these into an outfit, we suggest pairing them with either a relaxed wool , or some laidback , such as this thick  . THE SWIM SHORTS

If you’re a little nervous about the prospect of embracing this trend, dip your toe in the water while on holiday with these.
