Re-introducing the Style Council – an insider resource of the hottest spots around the globe.

Ditch the guidebook, and stop googling the what, where and how, because today, MR PORTER is delighted to launch the new and improved Style Council – a sleek resource made up of the world’s best-connected men giving their insider tips on the best bars, restaurants and hotels on the planet (with a side helping of style advice for good measure).

To celebrate the launch, we photographed and interviewed six of the 110 globetrotters we personally invited to the Style Council, and asked them for some extra travel and style advice. We also shot a rather nifty stop-motion video (in a very MR PORTER fashion, of course) to show you how to use the Style Council page, and show off some of the features available on the Style Council “Places” pages – which include services provided by OpenTable and Uber.
