Paying homage to traditional craft, Blue Blue Japan's cotton trousers are textured with sashiko stitching, a style of Japanese embroidery that uses running threads to reinforce and decorate fabric. To achieve their beige hue, they're bleached using the yukizarashi technique, in which the garments are laid on a snowfield soaking up the sun.
