Mr Justin Bieber

Mr Justin Bieber’s Balenciaga era continues apace. Two campaigns in and we’ve seen Biebs embrace the weird, whether dressed as if he were preparing for a long night in Berlin’s Berghain or as a kind of high priest of fashion, in a robe-like jacket paired with the brand’s squared-toed Trooper boots. This most recent outing in LA, in a Balenciaga shell tracksuit, represents a relatively low-key moment by comparison. We say low-key, but it’s all relative. For a Balenciaga shell tracksuit is nothing if not normcore gone wacky, a look that’s large in the slouchy department while proving the Canadian pop star remains no slouch in the style stakes.

Mr Robert Pattinson

Mr Robert Pattinson is clearly making the most of his new role as Bruce Wayne in The Batman by dressing like what we imagine a fashionable civilian of Gotham City might look like. The capacious Jil Sander suit he wore this week to the film’s premiere would dwarf a lesser man, but R-Patz has the style gravitas (and let’s face it, the undertaker-like bone structure) to pull it off with panache. Note the chunky silver chain on his left wrist, which adds a satisfying punk feel to the whole look. Also, those stonking great lapels are big enough to poke The Riddler’s eye out.

Mr Tom Holland

Now, we don’t want to point any fingers – there’s a meme for that – but if we were to single out the consistently best-dressed Spider-Man, it would probably be Mr Tom Holland. Here is your friendly neighbourhood web slinger slinging through the neighbourhood he is most friendly with (Lower Manhattan), wearing an outfit that could’ve fallen out of a comic book, but somehow completely works. If the bottom half is business as usual, the top half has other ideas. There’s the tussled hair. The nod to his British roots in the crisp Prince of Wales check of his jacket, worn in an artfully nonchalant manner. And the hero item, the almost fully buttoned cardigan below, with its playful pop of patterns. We’re not sure which multiverse he got dressed in, but we’re glad he turned up in ours.

Mr Steve Lacy

Where most of us would deem all-black-everything to be playing it safe, this head-to-toe Burberry outfit represents a marked departure from Mr Steve Lacy’s usual vibrant, retro-infused looks. Who indeed could look at a fringed, asymmetrical poncho-style top paired with a pleated wrap skirt in any hue and conclude that the wearer was anything but fearless? It would be remiss of course to pay homage to Lacy’s punkish look without addressing the underpants in the room – when they’re on show, we at MR PORTER would typically point readers to our brilliant selection of belts here. But credit where’s it due: by placing a semi-sheer mid-layer of modesty between his undergarments and the outside world, Lacy has managed to make showing your pants look sophisticated.

Mr Kyle Kuzma

In the NBA, the battle for supremacy doesn’t just take place on the basketball court. The infamous pre-game tunnel walk – the short journey taken by players from the team bus to the locker room – has long provided an arena for the league’s most stylish men to do battle, and Mr Kyle Kuzma is one of its fiercest modern competitors. The Washington Wizards point guard broke the internet with his straight-off-the-runway Raf Simons oversized pink sweater back in November, prompting former teammate Mr LeBron James to comment “Ain’t no f***ing way you wore that!!!!” on Instagram. The trolling clearly didn’t dampen his appetite for the Belgian designer’s work as he was back rocking the brand this month, accessorising a Valentine’s Day-ready pink and red ensemble with AMIRI sneakers.

Mr Angus Cloud

Mr Angus Cloud, AKA Fez from TV show Euphoria, has a languid, bedroom-eyes vibe that carries through to his clothing choices, even when he’s on a red carpet. This Polo Sport look with yellow lanyard and stripes that tie into his shoelaces is clean and crisp, yet soft and cosy. It’s also an incredibly easy-going look – one assumes he did not put too much thought into it. Effortlessness is always something to be emulated. Just, you know, don’t try too hard.

Mr Joe Jonas

If there’s anything we’ve learnt from Mr Joe Jonas’ off-duty outings, it’s that the 32-year-old American singer has an eye for good cardigans. Back in October, he stepped out in a trendy, colour-coordinated argyle style. This time around, he opted for Folk’s sunny yellow and navy striped design for a solo coffee run in LA. But knitwear isn’t the only thing that Jonas does really well – he always has, in fact, the perfect manicure to match. Add paint-splattered, distressed jeans, Reebok’s Club C sneakers and a plain tee, and he’s hit the weekend style nail on the head.
