• These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) apply to The MR PORTER POST Goodwood Festival tickets giveaway prize draw (the “Prize Draw”), which is being promoted and run by THE NET‑A‑PORTER GROUP LIMITED trading as MR PORTER, (company number: 03820604) of 1 The Village Offices, Westfield Ariel Way, London, W12 7GF (the “Promoter”).

• In order to be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw, participants must:

  1. Have an account on www.mrporter.com (the “Site”) or be a current subscriber to the Mr Porter mailing list (or both); and
  2. have received the email specifically inviting you to subscribe to MR PORTER POST magazine during the Entry Period (the “Email”);

participants satisfying all of the above shall be referred to as “Eligible Entrants”.

• The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Promoter or any employees of the Promoter’s affiliates.

• To enter the Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must, during the Entry Period set out below, follow the link in the Email and successfully subscribe to MR PORTER POST (the “Magazine”) by completing the following fields in the online form: confirmation (via tick box) that you would like to receive the Magazine, your title, full name, email address and postal address (including postcode, county, city and country fields); (an “Entry”).

• Eligible Entrants will only be entered into the Prize Draw once, on the first time they submit an Entry.  For the avoidance of doubt, submitting multiple Entries will not be accepted and does not increase the chances of winning or entering the Prize Draw.

• The Prize Draw will run from 07:30 GMT on 17 June 2022 (the “Opening Date”) until 15:00 GMT on 20 June 2022 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Entry Period”).

• By participating in the Prize Draw during the Entry Period, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award or fulfil the Prize (as defined below) or any part of it, to anyone in breach of these Rules or who is not an Eligible Entrant.

• The Promoter will not accept Entries that are: incomplete (i.e. if any information requested under clause 4 is missing), submitted outside of the relevant Entry Period, automatically generated, completed by third parties, on behalf of another person, or in bulk, or those that are illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with, not originals or incomplete.

• The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Prize

• For the Prize Draw, there will be a total of two (2) Prizes (as defined below) awarded to two (2) Eligible Entrants, selected at random from all Eligible Entrants who submitted an Entry for the Prize Draw (the “Winners”).

• The Winners of the Prize Draw will be selected no later than 12:00 GMT on 21June 2022 (the “Prize Draw Date”).

• Subject to clause 14, the Prize will be tickets to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2022 (the “Event”) and consist of: (i)  two (2) tickets for the Event valid for entry on Saturday 25 June 2022; and (ii) two (2) tickets for the Event valid for entry on Sunday 26 June 2022 (each a “Prize” together the “Prizes”).

• The Prizes are adult tickets only and cover general admission into the Event only and do not cover entry, admission or participation in any other activity taking place at the Event.

• The Prizes are provided by the Promoter. Should the Winners have any questions regarding the Prizes please contact the Promoter via the details set out in these T&Cs.

• The Prizes are personal to each Winner and are for private (not commercial) use. The Prizes cannot be resold or given to another person and must be used by the named Winners.

How to Claim Your Prize

• The Winners will be contacted by the Promoter via the email address under which they have registered for the Entry by no later than 18:00 GMT on Tuesday 21 June 2022 and in order to redeem their Prize, will be asked to reply to the email: (i) accepting the Prize; and (ii) confirming their full name and their postal address for the Prize (the “Mandatory Prize Details”). The Winners have until 12:00 GMT on Wednesday 22 June 2022 (“Prize Window End Date”) to respond to the Promoter with all of the Mandatory Prize Details. If by the Prize Window End Date, the Promoter does not receive a response from the Winners with all of the Mandatory Prize Details, the Winners may no longer be eligible for the Prize and the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, select new Winners.

The Winners will be announced to the Eligible Entrants (referring to the first name of each Winner only) by the Promoter via email by no later than Wednesday 22 June 2022.   

• The Prize shall be delivered via recorded post to the Winner by no later than Friday 24 June 2022, subject to all of the Mandatory Prize Details being provided to the Promoter by the Prize Window End Date.

General

• The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered howsoever arising from the Prize Draw or the Prize, whether due to any errors or omissions or other cause by the Promoter, its employees, agents or others to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

• Each Winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw, and consent to be identified as a Winner if required.

• Any personal information provided to the Promoter by a Winner may be held and used only by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and fulfilling and delivering the Prize to that Winner. For details as to how the Promoter may use personal data, please see our Privacy Policy on the Site.

• The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize or Prize Draw without prior notice.

• In the event of any dispute regarding these Rules and all other matters relating to the Prize Draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

• The Prize Draw and these Rules shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
