THE JOURNAL

We go down the memory lane of our young life to share some our achievements.
We don’t often like to make a huge fuss of ourselves here at MR PORTER, but we hope you can allow us a little bit of self-congratulation today, because it’s our eighth birthday this week. Hurray!
Now, we know what you’re thinking. This is not a groundbreaking milestone. It is really rather young in, say, human years, and, yes, there are other men’s lifestyle magazines that have a little bit more history than us. But for an innovating e-commerce site (there we go, patting ourselves on the back again), I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s an anniversary noteworthy for its singularity. It’s also the perfect moment for a bit of self-reflection, and a time to take stock of the things we have achieved since launching back in 2011. Here are just some of them, in numbers.
