Your receipt and/or use of the Code is subject to these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”):  

• To be eligible to receive the Code, you must complete and submit all information requested in the form (provided via the link in your Promotion Email), between 00:01 EST on 31 January 2022 up to and including 23:59 EST on 4 February 2022 (an “Eligible Entry”).

• Once an Eligible Entry has been received, the Code will be shared with you by MR PORTER via email no later than 23:59 EST on 9 February 2022.

• Once received, the Code will be valid for use on the Website until 23:59 EST on April 30, 2022.

• To redeem the Code, you must enter the Code at checkout when placing an order on the Website. You must be logged in to your MR PORTER account when placing the order.

• Entries that are automatically generated, completed by third parties, on behalf of another person, or in bulk, or those that are illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with, not originals or incomplete will not be accepted as Eligible Entries.

• MR PORTER will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, incomplete, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind and such entries will not be categorised as Eligible Entries.

• In the event of a dispute regarding the Code, the decision of MR PORTER is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
