SAINT LAURENT's 'SL/06' sneakers are artfully distressed, so they look like a trusty pair you've had for years. Based on classic tennis shoes, they're made from cream cotton-canvas trimmed with leather and set on flexible rubber soles. The house's moniker is stamped on the tongues in gold, as well as embroidered at the sides in a way that looks as though it's been done by hand.
