Back in 1917, the 'Tank Louis Cartier' set a new benchmark for dress watches, with its vertical lines – or 'brancards'. Designed with the slightest of tweaks from the original, this reference is made from 18-karat gold with a sapphire cabochon at the crown and powered by a Swiss-made calibre 1917 MC automatic movement. Though the black lacquered dial will work with all sorts of outfits, it looks incredibly smart with a tuxedo.
