Editor's Notes

Pure in concept and design, NOMOS Glashütte's 'Tangente Neomatik' watch is informed by the Bauhaus movement - the watchmaker draws on the values of the Deutscher Werkbund association. It's crafted from stainless steel with a particularly slim case, by virtue of the 3.6mm-tall movement, which makes it both comfortable and elegant. A feat of German engineering, the DUW 6101 calibre has been lauded for its high efficiency and precision, while the Horween Cordovan leather strap is conveniently splash-proof.
