Over the past few years, we’ve published countless stories on dating and relationships as part of our mental health partnership, Health In Mind. Whether you’re partnered up and looking for ways to improve the health of your relationship, single and proud, or splitting up but trying to do it nicely, we have some tips and tricks for you.
Of course, nothing beats good ol’ fashioned couples counselling (or just plain old counselling, for that matter), but being intentional about yourself, your dates and your relationships is a giant leap in the direction of a lifetime of happiness.
