If you want uninterrupted views and fabulous sunsets with your dinner, head to the top floor of the Harbor Marina in East Hampton. The decor is light and airy with wooden floors and nautical blue and white stripes – you almost feel like you’re on a yacht. There’s an extensive wine list and a good choice of cocktails – the watermelon caipirinha is a particularly good choice on a balmy summer evening. Bay Kitchen has only been open a few months, but the lobster roll is already the stuff of legend.
