An ultra-stylish, amply proportioned place in Chinatown, Tuxedo is loud, bustling and boisterous most nights, but despite the drama, it’s no scene: the Asian fusion dishes sent out by the kitchen are what packs ’em in. The diversion from culinary tradition, though, is subtle enough to work brilliantly – see, for instance, the king prawn spring roll with sambal sauce, or hot and sour steak tartare with crab crackers.
