It’s really beautifully done. Super chic but also really masculine. They are going to have live music every night and it feels like the perfect location for a new spot as Kingly Street back in the day was the centre of London nightlife when it Attica was open. They are focusing on 50s and 60s style cocktails, dark yummy woods and plush rusty and teal colour velvet seating.
Members’ clubs have experienced a huge resurgence in London in the past couple of years, doing away with the stuffy old-world connotations and offering a winning combination of contemporary networking spaces and state-of-the-art facilities. The newest of these is The Court, on the site of infamous music club The Bag O’ Nails, which was frequented by rock’n’roll royalty including The Rolling Stones and Mr Jimi Hendrix in the 1960s. Opening in the heart of Soho, The Court will offer a restaurant courtesy of Michelin-star chef Mr Tom Sellers and a Gatsby-style gilded bar complete with a piano stage and nightly live entertainment.
