For a drink après-ski, with breathtaking views across the Alps.
As you’d expect from an all-glass restaurant 3,000m above sea level in the Austrian Alps, the views from ice Q are breathtaking. On a clear day, you can see as far as the Italian Dolomites. Inside, it’s all clean, contemporary Nordic chic and copper Tom Dixon lighting. Devour head chef Mr Patrick Schnedl’s truffle linguine or dry-aged rib-eye steak with béarnaise sauce outside on the cantilevered terrace and you’ll feel as if you are suspended in mid-air. Mr Daniel Craig made an appearance here while filming Spectre when ice Q was remodelled as a psychiatric clinic for the super-rich.
