The Blazer

If you thought the classic navy blazer couldn’t be improved upon, think again. Made from the brand’s proprietary Alphadry fabric, this smart-meets-casual iteration is wrinkle-resistant and quick-drying, which is particularly useful in case you get caught in any of those aforementioned downpours while on your way to work.

The Gilet

Padded with performance-grade Kodenshi down-like filling, nanamica’s gilet offers a lightweight layer of warmth and comfort on chillier days. Don’t be shy of the shade – if you need some pointers on how to wear orange (aka the colour of the season), we’ve documented its rise and produced a brief primer here. You’re most welcome.

The Fleece

Where were you when the fleece returned to the stylish fold? If you’re only just joining us, this camel-coloured version is an excellent jumping off point. It’s made from Polartec fleece, the gold standard for all things outdoorsy since the 1980s, and therefore feels thoroughly true to the garment’s retro roots.

The Rollneck

Another option for crisp conditions, this considerately cut (see the raglan sleeves and well-proportioned rollnecksweater is crafted from Dualwarm tech-jersey – a super-soft ponte-like fabric that by some alchemical feat converts body moisture into heat to keep you toasty warm. Genius.

The Coat

There are countless important details to note about nanamica’s raincoat, the most salient of which is that it’s tailored from cotton, so it satisfies the smart-enough-for-the-office requirement, but is backed with Gore-Tex, which means you won’t arrive damp when you get there. We’re also big fans of the so-called “soutien” collar, which can be worn both down and turned up to protect against windchill.
