Your use of the Store Credit is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”):  

• To be eligible for the Store Credit, you must have been the recipient of a gift card in your room at Hotel Jerome (the “Gift Card”).

• To redeem the Store Credit, you must contact MR PORTER’s Personal Shopping Manager, Anthony Gulla, at Anthony.Gulla@mrporter.com.

• The Store Credit must be used on the MR PORTER website, the URL of which is, www.mrporter.com (the “Website”) in one (1) single transaction, which must be equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit. For any order which exceeds the Store Credit’s value, the difference can be paid via the Website’s normal payment methods.

• The Store Credit must be used between 00:01 MST on 1 February 2022, up to and including, 23:59 MST on 30 April 2022.

• The Store Credit can only be applied to the following selection of items on the Website: https://www.mrporter.com/en-us/mens/mr-porter-edit.

• The Store Credit cannot be used on the following product categories or brands: Luxury Watches, Fine Jewellery, Pre-owned Watches, Grooming, Cameras, Audio Products, Acne Studios, Alexander McQueen, Amalgam Collection, AMIRI, Balenciaga, Berluti, Brunello Cucinelli, Bottega Veneta, Celine HOMME, Charvet, Connolly, Ermenegildo Zegna, Fear Of God, Fear Of God Essentials, Fear Of God Essentials Kids, Gucci, Loro Piana, Moncler, Prada, RIMOWA, Saint Laurent, Salle Prive, The MR PORTER Paperback, The Prince's Foundation, Tom Ford, YOOX NET‑A‑PORTER For The Prince's Foundation or Z Zegna.

• The Store Credit may only be used by the recipient of the Gift Card and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, offer, code, certificate, or coupon (including SALE). All purchases made on the Website using the Store Credit must be for personal and not commercial use.

• Any items ordered on the Website using the Store Credit will be subject to the Website’s standard terms and conditions of sale and can be exchanged or returned in accordance with the Website’s returns policy.

• The Store Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.

• MR PORTER reserves the right at its discretion to revoke, suspend, cancel and/or amend the Store Credit and/or these T&Cs at any time and without notice.

• In the event of a dispute regarding the Store Credit or these T&Cs, the decision of MR PORTER is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
