Invented by Thomas Burberry in 1879, gabardine transformed rainwear with its breathable, weather-resistant and hardwearing qualities. Fast-forward to SS24 and this car coat is made from the same functional fabric and trimmed with the house's signature check under the collar. It's cut with plenty of room through the body for an oversized look.
