Textiles play a key role in Massimo Alba's design process - the designer likes to personally feel the fabric, as well as laundering, dyeing and washing it again to give it a certain 'attitude'. This 'Pontiac' coat has been tailored in Italy from herringbone virgin wool and cut for a slightly loose fit that makes it easy to layer with.
