Situated within walking distance of the Tiber River, Arco Dei Tolomei mixes the comforts of a private palazzo with the facilities of a small hotel. There are only six rooms, but each is decorated with artwork and antiques handed down through the generations and has all the mod cons you’d expect. It’s the location that is its main selling point, though. Landmarks such as the Colosseum, Campo De Fiori market, the Ghetto, Pantheon and Piazza Navona are all nearby.
