Odette - Men's Style Council Place

Odette is a treat of a gallery restaurant, having interiors as intriguing as the art housed around it. The restaurant’s playful palette of sorbet pink, palest grey and marshmallow white – prettily complemented with Ms Dawn Ng’s installation artwork – serves as a soothing backdrop to equally artful food, plated up with the precision and skill of an old master. But presentation does not outshine flavour – the langoustine tartare, mussel cloud and Oscietra caviar looks like a work of fine art and tastes just as divine, while salt-baked beetroot with stracciatella “artigiana” and honeycomb is worthy of the masterpiece label.
