Editor's Notes

1957 marks one of the most iconic dates in Piaget's history, when it introduced its first ultra-thin hand wound mechanical movement - the watchmaker has since defined and set itself apart for its understated aesthetic. This vintage reference from the 1970s highlights all the key qualities of the house's code. It's fitted with an ornamental semi-precious Tiger Eye stone dial that was first launched by the horologist in the '60s and has since been coveted for its unique stripe-effect. Powered by a calibre 9p hand-wound movement, it has been expertly crafted in Switzerland from 18-karat yellow gold. Its iconic 4mm thinness gives it an air of elegance, lending it to wear for dressy occasions.

This watch and its water-resistant seals are vintage, so we do not recommend wearing it in water
