After success in Glasgow, chef Mr Nico Simeone brought his inventive concept menu to the capital early in 2018. The restaurant takes its name from the menu composition - the six-course tasting menu changes every six weeks. Right now the theme is the Orient Express, but previous ones have their roots closer to home: a former theme of “the chippie” did exactly what it said on the tin.
