Forget Aperol Spritzes and G&Ts. The quest for 2023’s drink of the summer starts here. We’re doing our bit by asking three top bartenders – Mr Ignazio Maxia, head barman on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express; Ms Liana Oster, bar director at NoMad Hotel, London; and Mr Maurizio Stocchetto, owner of Bar Basso in Milan – to share an alternative cocktail recipe to try at home or serve at your next summer party.
