After two decades in the finance industry as a fund manager, Mr James Marks turned his horological hobby into a career by joining the watch department of auction house Phillips. He helms the company’s Perpetual platform, an innovative private sales boutique that has opened vintage and rare watches to a new generation of buyers and collectors. Mr Marks is also passionate about cars and when he’s not handling the finest luxury watches, you’ll find him enjoying his Porsche 993 Carrera 4.

Racing in the Goodwood Revival in my 1965 SWB.
