Orit Elhanati's designs are inspired by parts of her Israeli culture including her grandmother's jewellery and patinated coins from Jerusalem. Handcrafted from gold, this 'Palma Tag' necklace is strung with a pendant that's shaped like a tablet and set with eight rows of shimmering brown diamonds.
