Cartier's 'Ballon Bleu' is named for the blue cabochon in the bezel that appears to float within the spherical balloon-like case. Manufactured in Switzerland with an 1847 MC automatic movement, it's made from polished stainless steel and secures with a bracelet strap. It has a dark-green brushed sunray dial, signature sword-shaped hands and Roman numerals; note how the brand's moniker is incorporated into the 7 o'clock - a long-standing practice of the maison's.
