Ressence is a portmanteau of the words 'renaissance' and 'essence' and the brand prides itself on its revolutionary horological abilities. Eschewing the traditional crown and static face design of a regular watch, the 'Type 1 R' instead constantly revolves around sub-dials displaying the hour, minute and days of the week, ensuring an appearance that changes by the second.
