Cartier calls its 'Panthère de Cartier' the "quintessential jewellery watch" — it was launched in 1983 and named for the ultra-flexible bracelet inspired by the movements of the house's iconic animal. This version has been made in Switzerland from polished 18-karat gold and steel and features classic design signatures, including blued steel sword-shaped hands and black Roman numerals.
